James and John arrived on time, covered furniture and carpets, completed the work and cleared up when finished. Very friendly professional service. No hesitation in recommending their company. Reasonable prices too !

Reliable professional service
My house was in need of some major renovation and I was recommended by a friend about Creative Contracts. All work was carried out within the time quoted and the budget that I had.I would not hesitate to refer this company to any people that I know!!! Thanks again!

I was very pleased with the plastering/damp proofing works and professional workmanship these guys carried out for me at such short notice. They were very polite and very tidy. I would recommend any one with any damp issues. Very competitive price too.

I have to say I was very impressed the there work and attitude. They worked very hard and completed the job in the time they said and the house was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend these guys , they have done jobs for a couple of friends of mine and they have said the same thing.

I would highly recommend Creative Contract. James visited and inspected the work and sent a written quotation, we agree a few days later to go we Creative Contracts and they turn up promptly on site and started work. They work diligently throughout and did not expect to be topped up with tea while they were working ( we had experience of other workmen doing this) they completed and clean up as much as possible. I made a payment by cheque and as soon as it was cleared the guarantee was delivered to me. They acted professionally throughout.

Would definitely use creative contracts again- James and his team damp proofed my basement flat to an excellent standard. They were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after the work was completed. The price for the work was also competitive.....5 star service:-)

I was thoroughly impressed with the workmanship that James provided, ( 10 metres of Damp Proof Coursing and 10 metres of Re Plastering. The quality of work and finish was a truly high standard. He informed me the total time would be 3 days work and he kept to his word. I feel the price was very good as i had 4 other quotes and James quote was in the middle so i am very happy i chose him I feel James knows his profession very well. Mr J Thompson
